Since December of
2003, Grassroots Campaigns, Inc. has partnered with a wide variety of
groups and campaigns. We're best known for pioneering innovative get
out the vote strategies in 2004 and 2006 elections with MoveOn. org
political action, and raising millions of dollars in small donor
contributions for the Democratic National Committee
In 2009 and 2010 we are
working with a variety of organizations on some of the most timely and
urgent issues facing American citizens.
Current Campaigns
Founded in 1961, Amnesty
International
is a Nobel
Prize-winning grassroots
human rights organization with over 2.5 million members worldwide.
Amnesty International's research and action is focused on preventing
and ending discrimination, unjust imprisonment, torture and executions
and defending freedom of thought, expression and identity. Current
campaigns focus on, among other things, stopping violence against
women, seeking justice in the "war on terror," and promoting healthcare
as a human right. Grassroots Campaigns staff has been working to expand
Amnesty International's member base since August 2008.
American
Civil
Liberties
Union works in the courts, legislatures
and communities to defend the rights and liberties guaranteed to all by
the U.S. Constitution. They were founded in 1920, and now have an
on-the-ground presence in every state. Current priorities include
seeing to the final closure of Guantanamo, ending warrantless
wiretapping, reforming the Patriot Act, preserving reproductive
freedom, and fighting for reproductive rights. Grassroots Campaigns
canvassers
are building public support to stop right-wing politicians from abusing
their power by imposing their personal definitions of morality on their
constituents.

Oxfam America is
an
international
relief
and
development
agency
that
fights
poverty,
hunger, and injustice. Oxfam America does their work by partnering with
local organizations to find and implement the most effective,
appropriate, and enduring solutions. Oxfam America is committed to
expanding their life-saving local work, but because millions of the
world's poor people are paralyzed by systemic economic barriers they
are also taking the fight to the global-political level, and changing
the way development work is done around the world. Starting in Spring
2010, Grassroots Campaigns will be taking Oxfam America's message to
the streets of Boston, Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles, with more
cities to come this summer.

Animals has been dedicated to guarding the lives of
those who have no voice - animals who would otherwise have no one to
look after their welfare. The ASPCA's programs focus on helping animals
in three ways: serving victims of animal cruelty, serving the at-risk
population, and serving pet owners. Since fall 2009, Grassroots
Campaigns staff
has worked to build public support to expand the ASPCA's efforts to
build a more human future for America's animals.
